We exclusively use ASSAB S136, NAK80, or H13 steels with vacuum heat treatment to HRC 48‑52, ensuring a mould life of 3‑5 million cycles. Standard cap moulds are delivered in 30‑45 days; rush orders can be expedited to 25 days.
