We select ASSAB S136 or NAK80 tool steel with vacuum heat treatment (HRC 50‑52). Combined with a triple‑lip sealing geometry, our moulds eliminate leakage even when caps are filled with hot motor oil or exposed to aggressive synthetic additives.
